Poorly designed software makes product a nightmare.
Had few problems using the built-in US/Canada maps. Things went awry when I purchased a map of Western Europe to use with the device on my recent travels.

    TomTom is the deal!
Very happy with the purchase. Bought is used but like new and for a fraction of new retail price. Compact, easy to use, nice features, great 3-D display of road images.

    Tom Tom purchase
I purchased the tom tom on amazon and it was another company that I actually purchased it from. It came the next day with a nice case inside for a camera free of charge.

    Great directions, Poor Battery Life
I bought this last Christmas and it has been a great tool for me. It gives clear and concise directions and I have never gotten lost with it.

    Good Basic GPS
This was my first GPS purchased. It showed up at my door within 4 days of being ordered online. The Inital setup was easy, it also included a traveling case.

It simply keeps taking me to the wrong place!
The most basic function that a GPS should perform perfectly should be to take you where you want to go.
